Cancellation Policy:

• Guests may cancel their bookings until 24 hours before the rental start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.

• For booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the rental start time, the guests will receive a 50% refund of their booking price.

• All cancellations within 24 hours of payment are fully refunded.

• If the cancellation was made by the clinic owner, the guest will receive a full refund of their booking price, irrespective of when the cancellation was made.

• Refunds and payouts are made up to 2 business days after the final time slot of the order is completed.

• If there is a dispute between the parties, a detailed email must be sent within 24 hours of the check-in to: support@rent.clinic and include the receipt number and the specific time and date of the time slot.

rent.clinic will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

Dispute cannot be opened on a canceled reservation.
